Jelgava Invites You – Discover Events, Culture, and History at "Balttour 2025"

The Jelgava Regional Tourism Centre welcomes visitors to Balttour 2025, offering insights into the latest tourism news, must-visit events, and cultural experiences in Jelgava and Jelgava Municipality. Visitors to the stand will be invited to take part in a quiz with the chance to win prizes from local home producers and tourism businesses.

Every year, Balttour coincides with the International Ice Sculpture Festival. This year, the 26th International Ice Sculpture Festival will take place from 7 to 9 February on the theme "The Story of the Universe". It will therefore be one of the main events that visitors will be able to find out more about. This year is a significant year for Jelgava as the city celebrates its 760th birthday. By visiting the stand, everyone will be able to find out more about the celebrations.

Jelgava Regional Tourism Centre was established in 2010 to promote the wide range of tourism offer in Jelgava city and Jelgava region. Jelgava Regional Tourism Centre manages three cultural and historical sites in the city - Jelgava Holy Trinity Church Tower, Jelgava Old Town House and the Farm of Life and Trades.
