From February 7 to 9, visitors of the international tourism exhibition "Balttour 2025" are invited to explore the rich and diverse offerings of Jēkabpils Municipality. This year, the Jēkabpils Municipality Tourism Information Center (TIC) will participate in two exhibition stands – the Zemgale joint stand, coordinated by the Zemgale Tourism Association, and the Sēlija stand together with the "Weekend in Village" project partners from the Aizkraukle and Biržai (Lithuania) municipalities.

Exhibition visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest thematic and long-distance hiking routes, obtain updated tourism maps, and receive professional consultations on the best leisure destinations in Jēkabpils Municipality. TIC specialists will provide insights into the most popular tourism and hospitality offerings, ranging from active recreation and wellness to exquisite gastronomic experiences and accommodations.

For those looking to explore the unique charm of the Sēlija region, the "Weekend in Village" stand will showcase thematic routes in five categories: "The Charm of Sēlija’s Nature," "Flavors of Sēlija," "Family-Friendly Activities," "Sēlija’s Cultural Heritage," and "Creative Adventures in Sēlija."
