Networking Event for Tourism Industry Professionals at “Balttour 2025”

The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), in cooperation with the Association of Latvian Travel Agents and Operators (ALTA), Riga Tourism and Development Bureau (LIVE RIGA), and Latvia’s national airline "airBaltic," invites you to apply for participation in the International Tourism Industry Professional Networking Event.

The event will take place within the framework of the international tourism exhibition "Balttour 2025" on February 7, 2025, at the Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre in Riga.

To promote Latvia’s tourism offerings, professionals in the tourism industry will have the opportunity to establish new business contacts and develop partnerships with over forty service buyers from Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Seminar Program

13:30 – 14:00 | Participant registration at the International Exhibition Center, Ķīpsala
14:00 – 15:00 | Presentation of Latvia as a tourism destination
15:00 – 17:00 | Pre-scheduled B2B meeting sessions (each lasting 12 minutes)
Applications will be open until January 24, 4:00 PM, via the website forum.balttour.lv.

The number of participants for the networking event is limited.
Participant selection will be based on the information provided in the application form.

On January 27, approved participants will gain access to the B2B meeting calendar, allowing them to schedule business meetings with invited buyers. Access to the calendar will close, and individual meeting schedules will be confirmed on February 3, 4:00 PM.
