Rediscover Latgale

This year Latgale Region Tourism Association in collaboration with regional tourist centers will present the diverse tourism opportunities of the Latgale region at the ’Balttour’ exhibition. Visitors of the exhibition will have the chance to meet masterful craftsmen, taste local delicacies, and engage with tourism professionals.

Tourism in Latgale continues to evolve and becomes more diverse and exciting each year. This year, at the ’Balttour’ tourism exhibition, there will be an opportunity to discover lesser-known and entirely new pages of Latgale tourism. New cycling routes have been created, hiking routes have been marked, and new, beautiful accommodations are available. At the exhibition, there will be an opportunity to meet masterful craftsmen, taste intriguing products from local producers, and connect with tourism professionals to learn about the latest updates on leisure opportunities in Latgale.

The Latgale Regional Tourism Association ’Ezerzeme’ (LRTA) was founded in 1993 as the first tourism association in Latvia. In 2021, the organization’s name was changed to Latgale Tourism Association (LTA).
